The 18,000-square-foot industrial building at 30 Glennie St. in Worcester has been sold to a local investor for $943,000.
The building was formerly occupied by Nesco Electric Supply. It was bought by Grove Street Properties LLC, a real estate investment and management firm based in Worcester and run by Meletios, James and Nicholas Chacharone.
The seller was Benjamin Management LLC, a real estate management firm run by Howard Benjamin of Branford, Conn.
The property is in an area of distribution facilities between Route 12 and Interstate 190 in Worcester.
The transaction was brokered by Worcester-based commercial real estate firm Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates.
