A mixed-use building on Worcester’s Hamilton Street has been sold for $1.25 million to a Quincy-based entity.
Located at 81-83 Hamilton St., the five-unit, mixed-use building’s ground floor is home to Rosalina’s Kitchen, an Italian restaurant opened in 2011.
The property was purchased by San Pran Souf LLC, a Quincy-based entity, in a deal finalized on Friday, according to Worcester District Registry of Deeds records. The property was sold by Premier Investment Properties, a Worcester-based entity managed by local real estate developer Michael Ermani.
Premier Investment Properties has been involved in a number of Central Massachusetts real estate transactions since 2023, including the purchase of apartment buildings in Worcester and Framingham, and the sale of a Shrewsbury Street retail property in March.
The parcel located at 81-83 Hamilton St. was given a tax assessment value of $730,600 in 2024, according to City of Worcester property records.
