A Worcester-based property developer has expanded his holdings into MetroWest by purchasing an apartment complex in Framingham for $6.2 million.
Premier Investment Properties LLC, a corporation owned by Worcester resident Michael Ermani, purchased the Parkside Apartments at 301 Grant St. on Dec. 1, according to Middlesex South Registry of Deeds records.
Premier Investment has been involved in a number of Worcester area transactions in the last year, including the April purchase of retail property at 169 Shrewsbury St. and the September purchase of an apartment complex located at 31 Caroline St. Ermani is in the process of constructing 24 apartments at 631 Franklin St.
Premier bought the Framingham complex from 301 Grant Street LLC, a Framingham-based corporation managed by VTT Management Inc., a property management company based in South Carolina. VTT owns a number of properties in the region, including Westmeadow Plaza in Westborough, Village Plaza in Marlborough, and Rose Gardens Apartments in Framingham, according to the company’s website.
Parkside Apartments consists of two buildings, which each have 15 one-bedroom units. The parcel was given a total tax assessment value of $4.41 million in fiscal 2024, according to City of Framingham property records.
