The husband-and-wife team behind AGF Marble and Granite, Inc. in Worcester have purchased a 12,200-square-foot industrial building, the sale’s broker said on Tuesday.
Elizabeth and Anacleto Groberio — the AGF president and vice president — bought the property at 49 Gardner St. in Worcester for an undisclosed sum, according to Worcester real estate firm Kelleher & Sadowsky.
The Groberio’s plan to lease the building, which is near the Worcester Boys & Girls Club, to several local businesses, according to Kelleher.
