A Park Avenue property, which contains an Austin Liquors store in Worcester, has sold for $2 million.
The property at 370 Park Ave., which includes the 15,000-square-foot retail building, was bought by Prayosha Realty Trust of Chelmsford and trustees Jay and Yogesh Patel. It was sold by Michael Conte, Charles and James Padula and J.W.P. Realty Trust of Grafton.
The sale closed Feb. 1. The one-acre site was last assessed by the City of Worcester at just under $1 million.
The land deal didn't include the sale of Austin Liquors business. The Park Avenue store is one of two Austin Liquors in Worcester, along with a second location on Gold Star Boulevard.
