A portfolio of apartments totaling 71 units in three locations in Worcester has been put up for sale with a price tag of $4.5 million.
The buildings are at 1002-1008 Main St., 47 Benefit St. and 12-14 Tirrell St. and are owned by the Baer Family LP of Framingham, according to county land records. They are being brokered by NAI Hunneman, a commercial real estate firm based in Boston.
Hunneman said the buildings are available as a package and have “strong existing occupancy levels.”
The Baer Family LP is a real estate holding and management firm run by John F. Baer Jr. It has owned the Worcester properties for varying amounts of time.
