The Longfellow Manor apartment complex in the Main South neighborhood of Worcester has sold for nearly $7 million.
The four-story, 47-unit building sold on Oct. 20, according to sales records at the Worcester District Registry of Deeds.
The sale marks one of the largest residential property transactions in Worcester this year. Stratton Hill Park, a 156-unit apartment complex off Mountain Road, sold for $16.5 million in August.
Longfellow Holdings LLC bought the property from John F. Baer Jr. Irrevocable Trust. The site includes three parcels: 1002 Main St., 2 Clement St., and 2A Marble St.
The apartment building was built in 1925 and includes 46,800 square feet of living space, according to city records. It was last assessed at just under $2.8 million.
