Hogan Children’s Trust has sold an apartment building located at 2 Pineland Ave. in Worcester for $1.55 million, according to NAI Hunneman, the Boston real estate firm that brokered the deal.
Pineland Partners LLC purchased the 24-unit brick apartment building, which is known as Edgemere Gardens. The mid-1970s era garden-style building is located on Pineland Ave. just off Route 20 near the Shrewsbury line.
Pineland Partners is an Allston-based real estate ownership organization run by Giancarlo and Marcello Micozzi.
