Worcester-based accounting firm Bollus Lynch said it has merged with the Kashuk, Bourgault, Kittredge & Frustaci (KBKF) accounting firm of Worcester.
Bollus Lynch managing partner Michael Bollus said that KBKF fit Bollus’s values and culture, with Bollus particularly fond of KBKF’s client-focused approach and established place in the community. Bollus said KBKF clients should expect a seamless transition into Bollus Lynch.
“The merger of our practices brings additional depth and bench strength to Bollus Lynch - which will allow us to add additional value to our clients,” Bollus said in a statement.
KBKF partners Edward Kittredge, Edward Bourgault, and Nancy Meehan — as well as four additional staff — plan to join Bollus Lynch. KBKF was founded in 1962 and serves clients in areas such as manufacturing, contracting and insurance.
