The Red Sox’ top minor league affiliate is already hoping to secure some ticket revenue as the team on Monday will begin selling season tickets for games at Polar Park.

Season tickets will start at $770 with a $192.50 deposit for seats along third base. The most expensive tickets are near the dugout or in the elevated, in-seat wait serviced DCU Club near home plant and third base for $2,240 and a deposit of $560.

After a deposit, the remainder will be due in 2020, the team said.

Current season ticket holders at McCoy Stadium in Pawtucket will have first priority, followed by Worcester Red Sox Booster Club members.

Meanwhile, single-game tickets will be available in the near future starting at $8 for children, students, seniors and active military personnel, and $9 for general admission.

In Pawtucket, season tickets start at $700 for multiple years and $750 for a single year, while single-game tickets start at $9 and appear to go as high as $14, according to the team’s website.

The team has already dove into marketing its new $101-million ballpark to be built by the city. Crews have begun excavation work and are preparing to demolish several buildings standing in the way on former manufacturing land in the Canal District.

Worcester and team officials are striving to finish the ballpark in time for the start of the 2021 season that April.

The team will repay Worcester about $30 million in annual lease payments for a 30-year term to help pay off the $101-million bond. Aside from the $6-million upfront payment from the team, Worcester will foot the rest of the bill.

In addition, a portion of the season ticket fees will be given to the city to build and maintain the ballpark, the team said.

So far, only conceptual renderings have been released and no project documents have been submitted to any Worcester land-use board.

However, in Thursday’s announcement, the team said it would give a sneak peak of seating renderings at the Mercantile Center  between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saturday.
