Woburn firm buys Hudson commercial building for $1.6M

A 19,000-square-foot commercial building in Hudson has sold for just over $1.6 million.
The multi-tenant building at 15 Bonazzoli Ave. is now owned by Bonazzoli BBC LLC, a firm registered to Dante Boyer and Joseph LaFrange of Woburn. Both are executives at Lab World Group, a buyer and seller of used laboratory equipment.
The seller was the owner and founder of one of the building's tenants, Chaves Heating & Air Conditioning. Manuel Chaves owned the property through 15 Bonazzoli Ave. LLC.
The deal closed Nov. 22.
The 1.5-acre property at 15 Bonazzoli Ave. was last assessed at just under $1.1 million. The building was built in 1988.
