The Albrecht Auto Group of Woburn acquired Westborough Jeep at 82 Turnpike Road in Westborough. The new dealership will be known as Albrecht Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Westboro.
The second-generation family-owned company has dealerships throughout Eastern Massachusetts: Woburn Toyota, INFINITI of Norwood, INFINITI of Nashua, Milford Nissan, Marlboro Nissan, and Albrecht Buick GMC of Wakefield, as well as three auto-body shops, according to a Thursday press release.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
"We are thrilled to welcome Albrecht Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Westboro into our esteemed family of dealerships," Albrecht Auto Group President & CEO George Albrecht Jr. said in the press release. "This acquisition represents our unwavering commitment to delivering the best automotive experience to our valued customers. We look forward to leveraging our expertise and passion to elevate Albrecht Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Westboro to new heights."
The company was founded by George Albrecht Sr. in 1977. His son took over leadership of the group in 2012.
