The Worcester WooSox will begin selling more single-game tickets, following the announcement that all COVID-19 restrictions will be lifted beginning May 29.
Up until now, the team had been limiting single-game tickets to several hundred per game, according to a release, as the 9,508-capacity stadium had been operating at 25% capacity, which allowed for 2,377 fans, most of them season ticket holders.
With businesses allowed to go back to full-capacity, several thousand more tickets per game will now be available for the games starting June 1, according to the WooSox.
The additional tickets will start being sold on at 10 a.m. Monday for the upcoming June 1 game. Single-game tickets range from $8 to $27.
