With New Lease, Marlborough Office Building Full

The signing of a new 10,075-square-foot lease by a telecommunications consulting company has brought 260 Cedar Hill St. in Marlborough to full occupancy.
SAI Communications leased the space at the 51,068-square-foot office complex just off Interstate 495 from property owner TV Marlborough LLC, according to Stephen C. Bradley, senior vice president of Framingham-based commercial real estate firm New Dover Associates Inc. New Dover is 260 Cedar Hill St.'s exclusive leasing agent.
New Hampshire-based SAI consults telecommunications companies on real estate, development, land use, project management and technical matters.
