Champion Windows Manufacturing Inc., a factory-direct seller of replacement windows, siding and patios, is moving from Avon to Marlborough, according to Boston real estate firm CresaPartners LLC.
The company will occupy 11,740 square feet in an industrial/flex building at 362 Elm St. Cresa said Champion chose the location for its easy access to Interstate 495.
The landlord, Colony Development, was represented by Wayne Spiegel of Colliers International.
