Westborough-based software developer OneShield Inc. has promoted Heather Peacock to executive vice president, client delivery and services, and has hired David Squibb as senior vice president, sales and marketing.
Squibb is an insurance and technology sector veteran and has worked with OneShield in the past, the company said.
OneShield develops web-based software that automates the sale and service of insurance products.
