A 200,000-square-foot warehouse with some office space will go up for auction next week in Westborough, according to Quincy auctioneer Daniel J. Flynn & Co. Inc.
The property is located at 125 Fisher Rd. and includes a one-story warehouse with a three-story office building. The 23.5 acre parcel is near the Shrewsbury town line. The building also has eight loading docks and 40-foot ceilings.
Paul Talkowski, president of Daniel J. Flynn & Co., said Bank of America is the current holder of the mortgage, which was originally issued from Bear Stearns Funding Inc. in 2000 to Northeast Office Properties and Commercial Inc.
