AXIOM Learning Solutions of Westborough has acquired Texas-based PatternShifts, a leadership training organization.
The financial terms of the deal, which was effective July 11, were not disclosed in the Thursday announcement of the deal.
"PatternShifts is a longstanding partner of AXIOM," AXIOM President Herb Blanchard said in a press release. “By bringing PatternShifts into the AXIOM organization, we strengthen our capabilities to create flexible, innovative and effective learning solutions for our clients."
The merger will create a new AXIOM Strategy and Leadership Practice, led by the PatternShifts managing partner, Susan Franzen, who will be AXIOM’s vice president of strategy and leadership.
"Having worked with Herb Blanchard in various capacities for the past 17 years, it made sense to invite AXIOM to join the PatternShifts Affiliate Partner Network when we launched in 2018. In many ways, PatternShifts and AXIOM have operated as one entity in delivering learning solutions to clients, so officially becoming a practice within AXIOM is a natural evolution for us," said Franzen.
