Boston-based software-as-a-service company SammyOps, which has a location in Westborough and is a member of the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce, was selected as a 2020 TiE50 winner as part of the 2020 TiE50 Awards Program at tech conference TiECon, the company announced on Friday.
SammyOps is a cloud-based fleet management platform for companies with their own fleet of vehicles. The company works to eliminate equipment downtime through digital transformation, workflow automation and artificial intelligence optimization, according to a press release.
The TiE50 Awards were presented virtually to winners on Thursday. The TiECon conference, in its 10th year, is a showcase for tech startups from around the world. Applications for the awards are reviewed by venture capitalists, angels, entrepreneurs, and corporate executives.
“To be a blue- collar centric startup and be recognized as a peer of some amazing cutting-edge global companies is very inspiring,” said SammyOps Founder and CEO Asit Goel, in a press release.
