Westborough Strip Mall Sold For $2.5M

The 15,154-square-foot strip mall at 122 Turnpike Road in Westborough has been bought by father and son investors for $2.5 million.
The transaction was completed last Friday between buyer D & M Village Plaza Trust, which is owned by Andrew and Themis Karpouzis, according to county land records. The father and son team also own Framingham-based Karpouzis & Sons Commercial Refrigeration Inc.
They purchased the property from Northborough-based Westboro Property Advisors, which is owned by Charles Evangelakos, according to registry documents.
Michael Seadia of Investment Property Specialists Inc. in Framingham represented both parties in the sale and said the property will remain a shopping center under the new ownership.
