Westborough-based CADD Edge Inc., an authorized reseller of several computer software programs, has purchased a 24,710-square-foot office building in Marlborough and will relocate and expand operations there, according to the Lincoln Property Co., which brokered the sale.
Tim Latham, senior vice president at Lincoln's Boston office, negotiated the acquisition of the building, located at 241 Boston Post Rd., on behalf of CADD Edge, according to a statement.
David Curley and Eric O'Brien of O'Brien Commercial Properties in Marlborough represented the seller, 241 Realty Corp.
The building is 50 percent occupied, with 12,000 vacant square-feet on the second floor. CADD Edge, now in a 5,066-square-foot office at One Research Drive in Westborough, will occupy the second-floor space, making the building's occupancy 100 percent, according to Lincoln. The company plans to move this October.
