A building on Route 9 in Westborough, which is the site of two restaurants, has sold for $3.95 million.

The 5.1-acre property located at 291 Turnpike Road is the site of Torito Mexican Restaurant and Mitti Chulha Indian restaurant. The property was sold to GDG Properties in a deal finalized on Feb. 13, according to Worcester District Registry of Deeds records.

GDG Properties is a Holden-based entity managed by David and Gina Gloski of California.

The parcel was sold by Marlborough-based 291 Turnpike LLC, which purchased the site for $3.1 million in 2018

The site was formerly the home of a Not Your Average Joe’s location, which closed in 2020, according to the Worcester Telegram & Gazette. Before that, it was the home of an Applebee’s location, as well as a Subway location and an AT&T store.

The property, featuring a 9,466-square-foot building constructed in 2001, was given a 2025 tax assessment value of $2.06 million, according to Town of Westborough property records.
