Westborough Property Sells For $4.5M
Medication manufacturer Ameridose LLC has purchased a Westborough building it has been leasing since 2008, according to R.W. Holmes Realty, which represented the realty trust that sold the property.
DSN Realty Trust, which owned the 76,000-square-foot-building at 205 Flanders Road, sold the property for $4.5 million.
Formerly located in Framingham, Ameridose moved to the building four years ago. It now occupies three properties on Flanders Road, leasing 201 and 203, according to John Eysenbach, executive vice president of R.W. Holmes.
The company makes oral syringes and other medication products for hospital pharmacies.
