Regency Centers, the owner of Speedway Plaza at 290 Turnpike Rd. on Route 9 in Westborough, has secured a $10 million refinancing through a five-year, fixed-rate loan from Commerce Bank & Trust of Worcester.
The refinancing was arranged by the New Jersey Office of HFF (Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP).
Speedway Plaza is a 185,279-square-foot retail center. Its anchor tenants include Stop & Shop and BJ's Wholesale Club.
Regency Centers is a publicly traded real estate owner and developer based in Jacksonville, Fla. The company reported an $11.3 million loss for the quarter that ended June 30. That's compared to a $38 million profit for the same time last year.
Regency Centers' other Massachusetts properties include the Shops at Saugus and Twin City Plaza in Cambridge.
