A pair of office buildings of Flanders Road in Westborough have sold for $9.85 million.
The buildings, at 115 and 117 Flanders Road, closed in a sale recorded on March 12.
The offices are home to the technology company 3M, the builder Poulte Homes, the instrument maker Malvern Panalytical and VAIA Technologies, a maker of automated machinery, according to online property listings.
The buildings were bought by Westborough Flex LLC of Lebanon, N.H., from STJ Flanders Equity Partners LLC of New York. No contact information could be found for the new owner, a corporation created days before the sale.
The office building at 115 Flanders Road includes about 63,000 square feet, and 117 Flanders Road is 50,000 square feet.
Both buildings were built in 1985.
