A 90,000-square-foot office building in Westborough with financial and healthcare tenants sold for $10 million on Monday, according to real estate database CoStar.
The property, located at 1400 Computer Dr., was sold by a corporation registered to the address of The Collegiate Churches of New York, a spirituality and social justice nonprofit including four New York churches.
The organization bought the property in 2007 for $10.7 million, according to the Worcester South District Registry of Deeds.
On Monday, the site was sold to Colleen Campobasso, as a trustee of Bethany Road Realty Trust. The address listed on the deed was that of Campobasso & Campobasso, a Leominster law firm which owns several multi-million-dollar properties in the region.
Vincent Campobasso, under varying corporations all registered to the same Leominster address, has bought the Guaranty Building and an 85,000-square-foot office building, both in Worcester.
The Leominster law firm could not be reached for comment Tuesday morning.
