A former Reliant Medical Group office on Route 30 in Westborough has sold for $1.7 million.
The sale, which closed Thursday, puts the property in the hands of a limited liability corporation managed by Patrick Assioun of Marlborough.
The medical office building includes 38,000 square feet on three floors.
Acacia Capital Corporation of Phoenix and Chicago Title Insurance Company also have representatives signed on with the buyer.
The office building was previously owned by Tremont Realty Capital of Newton, run by Jennifer Francis and Richard Siedel Jr.
