Four office buildings on two adjoining properties on Flanders Road in Westborough have sold for a combined $14 million.
The two properties, at 129 and 133 Flanders Road, each sold for just over $7 million.
The larger of the two sites, 133 Flanders Road, is 35 acres and has 62,000 square feet of office space. The other property is 5.5 acres and about 52,000 square feet of space.
Both buildings are occupied by a mix of small office, research and development, and light manufacturing use, Westborough Town Planner Jim Robbins said Wednesday.
Both properties were sold by Glenborough Flanders Park to ADG Flanders Rd Westboro.
The buildings are in an area just off the Massachusetts Turnpike and I-495 interchange between offices for Cumberland Farms, Middlesex Savings Bank, General Electric Healthcare Life Sciences, and BJ's Wholesale Club.
