A three-story office building off Route 9 in Westborough has sold for just under $6.2 million.
The roughly 75,000-square-foot building at 1500 West Park Drive is in an area of town surrounded by offices for BJ's Wholesale Club, Middlesex Savings Bank, Virtusa and the law firm Mirick O'Connell.
The office building just sold includes as a tenant My-Take, a marketing technology company with clients include Staples, Keurig and Panera Bread, according to the company.
The seller was 1500 West Park Drive Holdings LLC. The buyer was West Park 1500 LLC of Westborough.
The sale, which closed Dec. 12, represents a price reduction from just a few months prior. Maryland-based 1500 West Park Drive Holdings bought the site in a foreclosure action in September 2017 for $7.5 million, according to Registry of Deeds records.
The property was last assessed at about $8.4 million, according to the town.
