A Westborough office building at 134 Flanders Road has sold for $5.75 million for an over $1 million bump over its last sales price in 2005.
The three story, 57,000 square-foot building that was sold on Thursday underwent recent common area and tenant area renovations, according to New Dover Associates of Framingham that brokered the sale. The property was sold by Baltic Westborough LLC to 134 Flanders Road LLC.
The sale price is up from the $4,325,000 the property was purchased for in 2005.
