A former Nissan dealership on 2.6 acres on Turnpike Road in Westborough has been sold for $3.2 million to the owners of Westwood-based Prime Motor Group.
The sale closed Thursday and is $300,000 less than the asking price of $3.5 million listed on the property flyer.
The buyer was AMR Real Estate Holdings, LLC, a business entity on which Prime Motor Group CEO David Rosenberg is listed as a manager.
The property includes a 10,000-square-foot building, but it’s unclear how long the space has been vacant.
It was formerly owned by auto dealer Herb Chambers as a Nissan dealership, but records indicate Chambers bought land on Otis Street in Westborough in 2003 and erected a building there in 2011, where the company currently operates a Nissan dealership.
The property is adjacent to Westborough Toyota.
Prime Motor Group could not immediately be reached for comment.
