MIG Corp. of Acton has purchased a Westborough industrial building.
MIG, a highway construction company doing business in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Southern New Hampshire, paid $1,950,000 for 9 Otis St. in Westborough.
The seller of the property was Otis Street Realty LLC, according to Massachusetts land records. Thomas J. Schaefer is listed as a principal of Otis Street on the Massachusetts Secretary of the State website.
The building totals 36,000 square feet and sits on 49 acres of land.
O’Brien Commercial Properties of Marlborough represented the seller and procured the buyer.
