Westborough Health Care Center, a nursing home just outside Westborough center, has sold for $2.4 million.
The price appears to be a major markdown from the property’s last sale in 2013, when it went for $9.4 million, according to town and Registry of Deeds records.
The 123-room, nearly 40,000-square-foot facility was sold by KND Real Estate 36 LLC of Kentucky to 8 Colonial Drive LLC. The sale closed last month.
The 5-acre property was last assessed by the town at just under $4 million.
The seller and the buyer, whose principal address is listed in New York City, couldn’t be reached for comment.
