Westborough data de-duplication firm ExaGrid is one of five companies to recently sign on as clients of Newburyport public relations agency Matter Communications.
At the end of the first quarter, ExaGrid said 1,300 of its disk back-up system had been installed in 600 locations for 350 customers.
Along with ExaGrid, the firm also signed Massachusetts firm Agion Technologies, a Wakefield-based maker of antimicrobial cleaners. The new group of clients also includes a software company from Barrington, R.I., a California-based social networking software company and a Michigan-based school photography firm.
