CCR Wealth Management has moved to new headquarters in Westborough in preparation for an upcoming expansion.
The independently managed investment management and financial planning firm with over $1.2 billion in client assets recently moved to its new national headquarters at 1800 Park Suite Drive in Westborough. The new location represents an increase from 2,500 square feet to 9,810, allowing the company to continue growing, with the room to hire as many as 10 additional employees.
“We are investing in expanded office facilities to bring on board fresh talent to add to our staff as part of our strategy of continuously driving enhanced support for the families and businesses we serve,” David Borden, managing partner of CCR, said in a statement.
CCR, which currently employs 18 advisors and client service professionals in its offices in Westborough and Glastonbury, Conn., hired seven executives in the past two years at its Westborough office.
The transaction for the new building was executed through realtor John Lashar at Transwestern RBJ. Previously, CCR was located at 1400 Computer Drive Suite 245, also in Westborough.
