AspenCross Financial Group of Westborough has hired Robert Van Norstrand Jr. to lead the firm’s manpower development efforts as a senior vice president.
Van Nostrand has worked in financial services for 25 years, including stints at Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, he was a regional production manager for a major life insurer in Manchester, N.H.
In his new position, Van Nostrand will recruit, train and coach financial professionals and practice area specialists.
