The land parcel with a CVS pharmacy store in Westborough has sold for just under $5.6 million.
The sale puts the retail site at 74 E. Main St. under ownership of a limited liability corporation, Wendy-Veto, registered to the California address of the real estate firm Toibb Enterprises.
The seller was Bromley-Westborough, a limited liability corporation registered to the Needham address of Quincy & Co., a real estate investment firm. The deal closed Dec. 3.
The nearly one-acre site was last assessed by the Town of Westborough for just under $2.2 million. It last sold for $4 million in 2012.
