A five-acre Southborough property with a 9,357-square-foot, single-family home on Sears Road was sold for $2.7 million to 76 Fisher Road LLC, which is registered to developer Steven Venincasa, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds.
Steven Venincasa is the owner and president of Westborough-based Casa Builders and Developers Corp. The company’s projects have included condominium complexes Wyman Farms in Shrewsbury and Orchard Estates in Westborough.
WBJ could not immediately reach Venincasa for comment on Monday morning.
The sale closed on July 12 and was sold by husband and wife Thomas and Regina Mannix of Southborough, who bought the property for $573,000 in 1994, according to the registry.
The property at 1 and 7 Sears Road is assessed by the Town of Southborough at $2.2 million.
The same LLC registered to Venincasa sold 76 Fisher Road in Southborough, just two miles from the Sears Road property, for $1.5 million on June 9, according to the registry. The buyers of the 5,732-square-foot, single-family home on 1.22 acres were husband and wife Renard and Lu Ric
