The property housing a nursing care facility in Northbridge has sold for more than $5.8 million to a Wellesley investor, who also bought the nursing home for an undisclosed sum.

The site, which includes St. Camillus Health Center, a nursing home, was bought by a limited liability firm registered to Wellesley investor Joseph Cuzzupoli. Cuzzupoli, according to his professional website, has a long history in healthcare facility investment and has a portfolio that includes specialty assisted living facilities throughout New England.

Cuzzupoli bought the facility at 447 Hill St. as part of a plan in which St. Camillus becomes part of Cuzzupoli's firm, Bluepoint Management II. The sale closed Nov. 17.

No changes in bed capacity or services are planned, St. Camillus says in a message on its website. The facility didn't return a message seeking additional comment.
