Weichert Realtors has signed a new franchisee in Sudbury.
The new Weichert Real Estate Affiliates office is at 111 Boston Post Rd. and is run by Broker Carole Santagata. Santagata was previously a real estate and mortgage broker, but sold the mortgage business to concentrate on real estate sales, according to Weichert.
Weichert, the largest privately-held real estate brokerage in the country, launched its franchise network in 2002. The network is currently present in 330 real estate markets in 30 states.
