Webster Five Cents Savings Bank plans to relocate its Park Avenue branch in Worcester to a new location on Chandler Street.
The bank has purchased land at 266 Chandler St. and will build a new 3,000-square-foot location, which is expected to open in the fall of 2011. The Chandler Street location will replace a branch at 278 Park Ave.
The new branch will include two drive-up teller stations as well as a walk-up and drive-up ATM.
New England Design Associates of Worcester has been selected as the general contractor on the project. KHJ of Boston has been selected to work on architectural design and branding of the building.
