A 50-unit apartment complex in Webster has sold for $5.4 million.
The Lakeview Terrace Apartments at 310 Thompson Road were sold to Eli Simon Realty, LLC of Marlborough and 310 Thompson Road, LLC of Franklin, each with a 50-percent undivided interest.
The sale of the 14-acre property closed on Tuesday, according to records with the Worcester County Registry of Deeds.
The complex includes five buildings with 12 units with buildings ranging in size from 12,270 square feet to 14,446 square feet.
The buildings were built between 1968 and 1985, according to town records. The property was last assessed for $3.6 million.
