A 30-unit apartment complex in Webster sold to a Worcester property owner for $2.7 million in a deal closed Thursday.
The property was bought by an entity registered to Daniel Hollis at 3 Chelsea St. in Worcester, which is a six-unit apartment complex also owned by Hollis. Hollis owns other Worcester properties on Winter Street and East Central Street, according to the Worcester South District Registry of Deeds.
The seller in Thursday’s deal was an entity registered to Donna Legere and Ray Whitehead of Webster. The pair have owned the property since 2013 when they bought it for $1.9 million. The Town of Webster assesses the property at $1.88 million.
The apartment complex is located at 30 Poland St. and spans about 27,000 square feet across 30 units. It was built in 1989 and underwent renovations in 2015.
