This year's tax revaluations in Worcester caused quite a stir in the business community, as more than half of the city's commercial or industrial property values went up more than 20 percent compared to 2011.
As a result, the Worcester Business Journal has published a special section online of the property valuations and tax information on the top 1,000 commercial, industrial and mixed use properties in the city, and the 2011 and 2012 valuations for all 3,500-plus properties by street.
Additional break out lists from the top 1,000 property list includes: The Top 25 Tax Payers in Worcester, The Top 25 Valuation Increases and The Top 25 Valuation Decreases.
There also are stories to help property owners understand what went into the revaluation process and what steps they should take in filing an abatement.
Click here to get free access to the comprehensive section and look for it in our June 11 print edition.
