On Monday, WBJ released Restaurant Scene, a special collaborative report done in conjunction with the Worcester Regional Research Bureau.
The report, which is available via an online digital edition, aims to examine the regulatory roots of the Central Mass. restaurant industry and why certain communities like Worcester have a leg up.
It is the second such collaboration between WBJ and WRRB, following the 2018 release of City of Immigrants.
