As Massachusetts state and business officials gather to establish the plan to re-open the economy perhaps by May 18, Worcester entrepreneur Amy Lynn Chase details her businesses’ struggles since the coronavirus pandemic became a reality in Central Massachusetts.

Despite all the canceled events, an 80% reduction in revenue, and the heartbreaking moment where she had to lay off staff for the first time ever, Chase isn’t in a hurry to jumpstart the economy, at least until the public health risk is significantly diminished.
