WBJ names the 2025 Outstanding Women in Business

Throughout Central Massachusetts, women professionals are accomplishing great things. In businesses big and small, they are growing revenue, launching products, running tight ships, mentoring the next generation, and founding new, exciting organizations. So, picking eight winners for the 17th annual Outstanding Women in Business awards is really about selecting the best of the best.

What sets the 2025 Outstanding Women in Business apart is how vital they are to their communities. Whether they are expanding access to child care, helping vulnerable populations, protecting watersheds, or fostering dogs, the eight winners this year go above and beyond their professional roles, contributing 24/7 to the greatest of the entire region. They stand as shining examples to us all.

In addition to the profiles linked below, WBJ will celebrate this year’s Outstanding Women in Business at a special luncheon Oct. 30 at the College of the Holy Cross. If you wish to be inspired by and thank these women for all they do for Central Massachusetts, I invite you to register here.
