Wayland realty firm lands $9.15M in deals
910 Washington St. in Dedham recently sold for $6.45 million.
Wayland real estate firm R.W. Holmes Realty has completed two commercial real estate deals valued at $9.15 million.
The firm completed the sale of 910 Washington St. in Dedham for $6.45 million to Dedham MOB, LLC which is an entity controlled by Whelan Associates. This 2012 building is a 22,388-square-foot medical office building located directly off Route 128 within walking distance the commuter rail and has billboard exposure to 130,000 commuters daily. The building itself is two stories with green design for maximum efficiency and sustainability, according Holmes.
Holmes also completed the sale of 55 Border St. in Newton to Quarter Realty Trust for $2.7 million. This 18,000-square-foot office and manufacturing building is located directly off the Mass Pike with easy access to the West Newton train station, according to Holmes.
