Wayland realtor leases out Wellesley building

Wayland based realtor R.W. Holmes Realty announced Wednesday that Wellesley Place’s 25,00 square foot office building off of route nine has been fully leased out.
Two long term leases include a 19,100 square foot space to Newton-Wellesley Hospital and a 3,500 square foot space to Seha Medical.
R.W. Holmes works in property leasing, investment sales, tenant representation, consulting and asset management.
