Wayland Town Center, a $140 million mixed-use development in Wayland, has taken on a joint-venture equity partner, according to CB Richard Ellis New England.
JP Morgan Asset Management has been selected to partner with Providence, R.I.-based KGI Properties, the developer of the project, which is currently under construction and will contain 165,000 square feet of retail space, 40,000 square feet of municipal space, 100 residential units, restaurant and commercial space and a two-acre town green. The project will be anchored by a Stop & Shop supermarket.
A team from CBRE represented KGI and procured JP Morgan.
